Before you enrol

Who is teaching this?

Alessio Bonserio, who runs ProWash Sydney — 1,000+ properties cleaned, two fully-equipped utes, a crew of certified technicians, and a 5.0 Google rating across more than 100 reviews. The photos in the galleries are his jobs and the prices in the calculators are what he charges.

Do I need experience to start?

No. The course assumes you have never held a pressure washer and you do not own one. The Learn to Clean section takes you from understanding pressure through to driveways, house washing, soft washing, roofs, stone, windows, gutters and commercial work, plus a full chemical module.

Do I need to buy equipment first?

No, and you should not. The Equipment section gives you three complete shopping lists — a $2K starter setup, a $4K growth setup and a $7K+ professional setup — each with the specification, the expected cost, where to buy and whether the item is essential or optional. It also covers what not to buy, which saves most beginners more than the course costs.

How much do I need to start?

A working setup that can do paid work is about $2,000. The course shows you exactly what that buys, what it cannot do, and what to upgrade first with the money from your first five jobs. You do not need $7,000 to start.

Is this Australian-specific?

Yes, deliberately. Pricing is in AUD against the current market, and the compliance content covers ABN and the $75,000 GST threshold, the Australian Consumer Law rules for door knocking, EPA expectations for wash water, and WHS duties for work above two metres. American content is excellent on technique and dangerously wrong on compliance.

What is actually in the course?

Twelve sections: Start Here, Beginner Lessons, Equipment, Learn to Clean, Sales & Quoting, Get Customers, Ads & Marketing, Commercial, Systems & Staff, Scale, Templates and Elite Coaching. Inside those are the modules and lessons covering business setup, equipment, technique, chemicals, pricing, quoting, invoicing, door knocking, satellite prospecting, Facebook and Google ads, content, reviews, real estate, strata, commercial work, tenders, subcontracting, hiring, CRM systems, recurring customers and scaling.

What does every lesson look like?

The same six parts, every time: the video, What You Will Learn, Step-by-Step Instructions, the written notes, an Action Task, and the downloads for that lesson. The Action Task is the point — every lesson makes you build part of your actual company, so by the end the company exists rather than a folder of notes.

Are the videos finished?

The written lessons, the steps, the action tasks and all the downloads are complete and usable now. Video is being filmed progressively and appears in the lesson as each one is done. Where a video slot is still empty, the lesson itself is not — the footage is the demonstration, not the content.

What do I actually get to download?

Twenty-nine core templates, plus the supporting library — the startup checklist, three equipment lists, the chemical cheat sheet, quote and invoice templates, residential, commercial, strata and tender proposal templates, the door-knocking script, real estate, property manager, building manager and commercial outreach scripts, follow-up SMS templates, the review request template, subcontractor job sheet, employee and daily crew checklists, 100 content ideas, a 30-day content calendar, the CRM pipeline, the recurring maintenance planner, and the 30-day and 90-day plans. Plus eight working calculators inside the portal.

How long until I make money?

The 30-day launch plan is built to get you registered, insured, equipped and knocking doors inside three weeks, with paying customers in week three or four. Results depend entirely on your market and how much of the work you actually do — this is not an income guarantee.

What if I already have a business?

Start at Sales & Quoting and then Get Customers. Most established operators find they are underpriced by around 30% and following up on quotes exactly once. Those two sections typically pay for the course in a fortnight.

What is the Elite coaching?

One-on-one business coaching every two weeks, on your business rather than on the course. You submit your numbers beforehand — leads, quotes, conversion rate, revenue, expenses, advertising performance and upcoming opportunities — we find the one constraint that matters, and you leave with a written two-week action plan. The accountability on that plan is most of the value.

Can I ask questions?

Every lesson has a Q&A thread and there is a community area. Questions are answered by someone who actually runs crews, normally within one business day.

Is there a refund?

Yes. Fourteen days, provided you have not downloaded more than a quarter of the template library. That is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Is this financial or legal advice?

No. It is education. The compliance, tax, employment and WHS content is general information written to help you ask the right questions — confirm anything that matters with an accountant, an insurance broker or your state regulator.

Are the customer reviews on this site about the course?

No, and we are careful to say so. The five-star reviews are from ProWash Sydney cleaning customers — they are evidence the system works in the field, not testimonials from students. Student results will be published as students report them.

Will you teach me to compete with ProWash?

If you are in Sydney's inner west, have a think about it. Everywhere else in Australia — genuinely, go for it. There are more dirty driveways than there are operators who price properly, and the market is nowhere near saturated.
