Why the name

Most power wash courses are sold by people who have never made payroll.

No stock footage. No American pricing. No "six figures in 90 days". This is one Sydney operator's actual business — the rate card, the chemistry, the scripts, the systems and the hiring numbers — written down so you can copy it.

Including the expensive mistakes, because those are the ones worth paying for.

Who is teaching it

Not theory. A business that already works.

About Alessio
Two ProWash Sydney utes and the crew on a job in Sydney

ProWash Sydney cleans roofs, houses, driveways, sandstone and windows across Sydney — residential, commercial and industrial. Two fully-equipped utes, a crew of certified technicians, and a 5.0 rating across more than a hundred Google reviews.

This course is that operation written down: the pricing, the chemistry, the scripts, the systems and the hiring — including the parts that were learned the expensive way.

The work

Every technique in this course, on a real job

Drag any image. These are ProWash jobs across Sydney — the same surfaces, chemicals and methods taught in the on-the-tools modules.

The path

START → LEARN → SELL → SCALE

Four stages, in order. Most operators stall in the same three places: pricing too low, running out of leads, and being unable to let go of the wand. Each stage fixes one before it costs you a year.

Stage 1

START

Build the foundation.

Business setup, equipment, clothing, branding, quoting systems and professional presentation.

Stage 2

LEARN

Learn how to actually complete pressure-cleaning jobs.

Pressure cleaning, soft washing, chemicals, machinery, techniques and job tutorials.

Stage 3

SELL

Learn how to find customers.

Door knocking, Facebook, Google, social media, Google Earth, real estate, strata, property managers and commercial work.

Stage 4

SCALE

Turn yourself from someone doing jobs into someone running a business.

Workers, subcontractors, CRM systems, recurring customers, proposals, tenders and commercial contracts.

What you actually get

Not a slideshow. A working kit.

Filmed on real jobs

Driveways, house washes, roofs, gutters, sandstone and sealing — filmed on paying Sydney jobs, including the parts that go wrong and how they get fixed.

Screen recordings

Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, the website build, the job management app — set up on screen, click by click.

Working calculators

Price a job, build a quote, plan an ad budget, mix soft wash chemicals, cost a hire. Real tools in your portal, not a PDF of a spreadsheet.

Scripts for every call

Door knock, cold call, the missed-call text back, the quote follow-up, the price objection, the commercial approach — written and role-played.

Templates you can send today

Quote, invoice, service agreement, SWMS, pre-clean checklist, employee handbook, ad copy, social calendar.

Answers from an operator

Ask a question against any lesson and get an answer from someone who runs crews in Sydney every week — plus the wins wall to keep you honest.

About the numbers on this page. Figures like "$5K–$10K months" describe what is achievable in this trade and what the course is built to help you work toward — they are not a promise, a projection, or a typical result. What you earn depends on your market, your pricing, how much work you actually do, and things outside anyone's control. Many people who buy a course make nothing from it. The five-star reviews shown above are from ProWash Sydney cleaning customers and are evidence the method works in the field, not testimonials from students. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or work health and safety advice.

Questions

Straight answers

Who is teaching this?

Alessio Bonserio, who runs ProWash Sydney — 1,000+ properties cleaned, two fully-equipped utes, a crew of certified technicians, and a 5.0 Google rating across more than 100 reviews. The photos in the galleries are his jobs and the prices in the calculators are what he charges.

Do I need experience to start?

No. The course assumes you have never held a pressure washer and you do not own one. The Learn to Clean section takes you from understanding pressure through to driveways, house washing, soft washing, roofs, stone, windows, gutters and commercial work, plus a full chemical module.

Do I need to buy equipment first?

No, and you should not. The Equipment section gives you three complete shopping lists — a $2K starter setup, a $4K growth setup and a $7K+ professional setup — each with the specification, the expected cost, where to buy and whether the item is essential or optional. It also covers what not to buy, which saves most beginners more than the course costs.

How much do I need to start?

A working setup that can do paid work is about $2,000. The course shows you exactly what that buys, what it cannot do, and what to upgrade first with the money from your first five jobs. You do not need $7,000 to start.

Is this Australian-specific?

Yes, deliberately. Pricing is in AUD against the current market, and the compliance content covers ABN and the $75,000 GST threshold, the Australian Consumer Law rules for door knocking, EPA expectations for wash water, and WHS duties for work above two metres. American content is excellent on technique and dangerously wrong on compliance.

What is actually in the course?

Twelve sections: Start Here, Beginner Lessons, Equipment, Learn to Clean, Sales & Quoting, Get Customers, Ads & Marketing, Commercial, Systems & Staff, Scale, Templates and Elite Coaching. Inside those are the modules and lessons covering business setup, equipment, technique, chemicals, pricing, quoting, invoicing, door knocking, satellite prospecting, Facebook and Google ads, content, reviews, real estate, strata, commercial work, tenders, subcontracting, hiring, CRM systems, recurring customers and scaling.

What does every lesson look like?

The same six parts, every time: the video, What You Will Learn, Step-by-Step Instructions, the written notes, an Action Task, and the downloads for that lesson. The Action Task is the point — every lesson makes you build part of your actual company, so by the end the company exists rather than a folder of notes.

Are the videos finished?

The written lessons, the steps, the action tasks and all the downloads are complete and usable now. Video is being filmed progressively and appears in the lesson as each one is done. Where a video slot is still empty, the lesson itself is not — the footage is the demonstration, not the content.
